Self-care is critical to our ability to effectively care for others in our lives. But, we often neglect taking care of ourselves. And forget about taking care of ourselves FIRST. This ongoing neglect comes at a cost. And, eventually we’ll have to pay.
We know you’ve heard this time and time again.
The problem is that we often don’t know where to start or the idea of starting a new program is overwhelming. Another reason we delay self-care is time and money.
To help remove some of those barriers, we’ve put together a list of fantastic, free places on YouTube that give proper attention to yoga for beginners. Each channel offers videos of various lengths. Don’t worry if you don’t have half an hour – let alone a whole hour – to complete a workout. We’ve got you covered. Grab your water bottle and let’s get started.
*We only included yoga instructors who offer new yoga videos each week.*
